Had Matthew and Justine attend to perform annual service. Very pleasant and competent techs. Have dealt with Harbour Door Services for well over 20 years and have been very pleased with their services.Have annual maintenance paying attention to annual service. Best to pay now rather than later to avoid door failure.

From the first contact with the office to the completion of the repair, Harbour Door provided exceptional service. For safety reasons, I wanted to change from a single spring to a two-spring system. With a bit of math, Craig was able to find two stock springs to replace the broken one. Stephen and his helper came out to do the job, and now the door is perfectly balanced with a nice, soft close. The price was reasonable. It was definitely a 5-star job. Thanks!

Contacted this company twice to have two garage doors replaced with Clopay Canyon Ridge doors, and never received a reply both times. Couldn’t imagine what there service is like? Ended up dealing with another Victoria company, which was light years ahead in customer service. And of course, after posting the Google review…they eventually respond!

Two representatives of the company attended to my trouble call, arriving at the appointed time. After hearing my description of the problem symptom and observing the associated behavior they immediately diagnosed the cause and corrected the issue. They then advised me as to how I might avoid a future recurrence. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and their service charge was reasonable.

The spring on my garage door broke this morning and I was unable to to get my vehicle out. I called 3 places and Evelyn at Harbour Door was sooooo helpful, knowledgeable and kind! She was able to provide an estimate on range of cost for the repair over the phone. The range was fair, unlike some of the other companies I called. She told me she will see what she can do and call me back. Well, she called me back in a matter of minutes and was going to send someone by the end of the day. Eric, the technician arrived and was super friendly, helpful and efficient. He fixed our door and checked everything over. He pointed out some parts that could used some replacing without any sales pressure. We are so impressed with the positivity both these staff members had and that we will definitely choose Harbour Door again!

My mother had a new garage door installed by Harbour Door Services and was thrilled with the result. The price, quality, and service was excellent. Graham was friendly and helpful when providing a quote. Her technician, Craig, was efficient, courteous and cleaned up after his work. After he installed the door he provided thorough instructions on how to operate and maintain the system, graciously answered all our questions, and hauled away the old door. We would highly recommend.

My garage door spring broke yesterday (bad timing, in the middle of a 50cm snow storm). Called Harbour door and the friendly lady said they will try their best hopefully before Christmas. I can understand completely, the 50cm snow yesterday was no joke. Then in the afternoon she called to say, weather permitting, they will come tomorrow morning! Then indeed, the next day, they braved the snow and two lovely fellows came and fixed my garage door spring. What more can you ask for? Harbour door earned my trust and I will recommend this company for any garage door work install or repair to anyone I know.

Both the assessor and installer were both helpful, friendly and reliably efficient. They did an excellent job of initially advising and ordering just the right garage door to suit our house and needs. The installation was similarly efficient, excellent and occurred without a problem. There were unforeseen delays related to supply and weather issues which were no fault of the company. Dreadful customer service. I asked Harbour Door to order a new bracket cover for the hydraulic gate operator they installed. Both brackets have weathered after only a few years and cracked into pieces. After 6 months I still have not heard from them. They said the part had to come from Italy. I ordered the part myself online for $20 and it will arrive within one week.

I had a garage door installed by previous landlord and Harbour Door was the contractor. They came to fix the garage door as the door stopped working. They came for an hour and fixed the problem. Professional and very reliable. Their whole team is very easy to communicate.

I encountered a problem with my garage door and realized that a main spring had broken. A call to Harbour door was handled by a friendly service person and I was advised that a service technician would arrive shortly. Less than half and hour later the spring was replaced and the garage door checked to ensure no other problems.I highly recommend this Company for any installation or service work. Friendly and competent staff, with reasonable prices!
